Questions owners ask

Am I charged for spam calls?

No. Calls blocked as spam are never billed and never count against your plan's minutes.

Can I see which calls were blocked?

Yes. Open Calls and pick the "Spam blocked" filter. Each blocked call shows the number and when it came in.

What if a real customer gets blocked?

It's rare, and the call is still in your list under "Spam blocked" with the caller's number, so you can call them back. Tell us at [email protected] and we'll look at it.

Does it work on my forwarded number?

Yes. Whether you forward your existing number or use a new JuniVoice number, every call that reaches Juni is checked.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. Spam blocking is on for every line on every plan.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
