In the JuniVoice app (app.getjunivoice.com) under Calls, and on Home, where the calls that need you are listed first. Each answered call is also emailed to you with its summary.
Yes. Each line has a "Write call summaries for me in" setting, so a Spanish call can be summarized for you in English, or the other way around.
24 months, then they are deleted automatically. You can delete any call sooner, and you can download a recording you want to keep.

The recording and transcript are always there to check. If Juni misunderstood or answered wrongly, use "Teach Juni from this call" on that call and Juni uses the correction from the next call.
The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
