Does Juni really answer at any hour?

Yes. Juni answers every call that reaches it, 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays. You decide what Juni says when you are closed, and whether it ever rings your cell.

What if a caller asks something Juni doesn't know?

Juni says it doesn't have that information, takes the caller's name, number and question, and marks the call "Needs you" so you can call back. You can then teach Juni the answer in one sentence.

Do callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Juni tells callers it is an AI assistant. We think that's the right way to do it, and it keeps the conversation honest.

Can I still answer my own phone?

Yes. You can turn on "Ring my cell when a caller asks for me" so Juni introduces the caller and connects them to you during the hours you choose. If you don't pick up, Juni takes a message. Forwarding only the calls you miss is coming soon.

How does Juni sound?

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
