Questions owners ask us

Can Juni quote repairs?

Only the flat prices you give it: an oil change, an inspection, a diagnostic fee. For anything else Juni says a technician will quote it, passes the call to you when you're available, or takes the vehicle details as a message.

How do transfers work?

You set when you're available in the app. When a caller needs you, Juni introduces them and connects the call to your cell. If you don't pick up, Juni takes a message and marks it "Needs you."

Can Juni tell a customer their car is ready?

Juni doesn't know the status of a repair unless you tell it. It takes the name and number and lets the customer know you'll call back. The call sits at the top of Home so you don't forget.

Can Juni book several bays or technicians?

Yes. Set up your services (oil change, inspection, diagnostic) with their lengths, and Juni books open times on your calendar. Customers can also book the same services online through JuniBook.

What about parts calls and vendors?

Juni takes a message with the caller's company, what it's about and a callback number, and marks the call as a message. Known spam and robocalls are blocked and never billed.

Does Juni speak Spanish?

Yes. Juni answers in 19 languages, including Spanish, and switches when a caller does. You choose which languages your line uses.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
