Choose or change your plan

Everything about your plan and bills is in one place in the app. During the trial it shows the minutes and days left.

Where: Usage and billing.

Steps

1. Open Usage and billing. During the trial you'll see what's left; your trial ends when the minutes or the days run out, whichever comes first.
2. Tap Choose a plan, pick Monthly or Yearly, save 15%, choose Lite, Plus or Max and finish the secure checkout.
3. On a plan, This cycle shows calls answered, booked by Juni, spam blocked and the average call, plus your pace for the month.
4. To switch, tap Change plan and pick the new plan.
5. Under Card and invoices, change your card, download invoices or cancel.
6. Optional: switch on Workspace Care ($99 a month) for hands-on help with the rest of your workspace.

Good to know

• Extra minutes: 45¢ (Lite), 35¢ (Plus) or 29¢ (Max) per minute, billed monthly after the month. Juni keeps answering either way.
• When the trial ends without a plan, Juni stops answering until you choose one. Nothing is charged automatically.
• Prices are plus applicable sales tax.
