JuniVoice Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 30, 2026

JuniVoice is a product of Junious Digital Laboratories, LLC, doing business as Junious Digital Labs ("JDL", "we", "us"). This notice explains what JuniVoice does with call recordings, transcripts and account data, and the choices you have. It adds JuniVoice details to the Junious Digital Labs Privacy Policy, which covers everything else (your rights, how to reach us, security, children, changes). If the two ever differ on a JuniVoice question, this notice applies.

1. Two kinds of people, two roles

2. What we collect

3. Call recording and the recording notice

Each phone line has two settings, both on by default:

Juni is an AI receptionist. It answers only from the information the business gives it and takes a message when it does not know an answer.

4. How long we keep it, and deleting it

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your JuniVoice account and its data at any time, with or without the app: use the form at getjunivoice.com/delete-account, email [email protected] from the email address on the account, or call (970) 598-2842. Before we delete anything we confirm the request by emailing the address on the account. We then cancel any plan, email the owner a copy of the account's data, and delete the account and workspace data (calls, recordings, transcripts, chats, customers, bookings, settings, team logins and app devices) within 30 days. Billing records are kept as tax and accounting law requires, and backups roll off as described in the JDL Privacy Policy. The account deletion page lists exactly what is deleted and what is kept.

5. The "Talk to Juni" demo

The in-browser demo on getjunivoice.com tells you at the start that the call may be recorded and is transcribed. Demo transcripts are kept for 7 days and then deleted. A recording of a demo call is kept only if you say yes when Juni asks at the end of the call. If you leave contact details during the demo, they are handled as a sales inquiry under the JDL Privacy Policy. Calls to our own line, (970) 598-2842, are handled as described in section 8 of the JDL Privacy Policy.

6. Your choices about how we use call data

We use call data to answer the business's calls and show the owner what happened. We do not sell it. Two further uses are optional and are controlled by the business owner in the app (at sign-up and in Settings > Your data):

Help improve JuniVoice

Help improve JuniVoice: let us use your call recordings and transcripts to improve our AI and product. We only use de-identified data, we never sell it, and you can turn this off anytime (it applies to future calls).

Suggested as on for US accounts; off unless you choose it for accounts in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and everywhere else. If you never answer, it counts as no.

Marketing (never pre-selected)

Marketing: let us feature excerpts of your calls (with caller details removed) in JuniVoice marketing. We never use a specific call publicly without asking you first and getting your approval for that call.

Even with this on, a call is used only after the owner approves that specific call ("Share for marketing" on the call), and the approval can be withdrawn any time before the excerpt is published:

Share this call for marketing: JuniVoice may feature an excerpt of this call, with the caller's name, number and other details removed. You can withdraw this approval anytime before the excerpt is published.

Every change to these choices is recorded with the wording shown at the time.

7. The JuniVoice apps (iPhone and Android)

The apps show your JuniVoice account from app.getjunivoice.com. They add three things, all for running the app:

8. Service providers that process JuniVoice data

We share only what each provider needs to run the service, under contracts that restrict their use:

9. Contact

Questions or requests about JuniVoice and your data: [email protected], [email protected] or (970) 598-2842. To delete your account, use getjunivoice.com/delete-account. Your rights (access, correction, deletion and others) are described in section 7 of the JDL Privacy Policy.
