Questions owners ask us

Can Juni tell a real emergency from a routine call?

Juni follows the rules you set. You can tell it which situations count as emergencies (no heat, active leak, no power) and what to do: give safety instructions you wrote, pass the call to your cell when you're available, or take a message marked "Needs you." Juni won't invent instructions.

Will Juni quote repair prices?

Only the prices you give it, such as a diagnostic or trip fee. For anything else Juni says a technician gives the quote on site and books the visit.

Can Juni book for several technicians?

Yes. Each technician can have their own calendar hours, and Juni books windows that are open. Online bookings through JuniBook land on the same calendar.

Does Juni check our service area?

Tell Juni the areas you cover and it will say so. If a caller is outside the area, Juni lets them know politely and can take a message if you want to decide case by case.

What about calls while I'm driving?

Every call shows up in the app with a summary and the next step, so you can catch up at the next stop. When you're available, Juni can pass callers to your cell; when you're not, it takes the message.

Can Juni text customers the appointment details?

Texting is coming soon. Today the caller hears the confirmation on the call, and you get the booking on your calendar with the address and details in the summary.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
