How it works, in three steps

  1. Add your services and hours

    Name, duration, price and any note for each service, plus your opening hours. It takes a few minutes during setup.

  2. Juni offers open times

    When a caller wants to book, Juni checks the calendar and offers a time that is free for that service.

  3. It's on your calendar

    The appointment appears in your calendar with the caller's details, and the call summary tells you what was booked.

Questions owners ask

Can Juni book, move and cancel appointments?

Juni books new appointments into open times. When a caller wants to change or cancel, Juni takes the details and marks the call "Needs you" so you can confirm; you can move or cancel any booking in the app, and the customer is told. Customers who booked can also use the link in their confirmation email to move or cancel.

Does it work with Google Calendar or my current booking software?

Not today. Juni books into the calendar in the business workspace included with every plan, the same calendar your JuniBook booking page uses. If you need a connection to another system, that is custom work from Junious Digital Labs, quoted separately.

How does Juni know how long an appointment takes?

From your booking types. Each one has a duration (15 minutes to 2 hours, or any other length) and optional breathing room after it, so the next booking can't start too soon.

Can customers pick a specific staff member?

Yes, for team members you make bookable. Juni offers that person's open times, and your booking page lets customers pick them too.

Will Juni double-book me?

No. Phone bookings and online bookings land in one calendar, and Juni only offers times that are free in it. If you add an appointment yourself, that time is taken too.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
