Read call summaries and handle "Needs you"

Every answered call gets a summary, a recording and a transcript. Calls that need you are flagged so nothing slips.

Where: Home, Calls and Messages; email settings under Settings, Notifications.

Steps

  1. Open Home. Calls that need you are listed first, with how many calls Juni answered this week.
  2. Open Calls to see every call. Use the filters: All, Needs you, Booked, Messages, Spam blocked.
  3. Tap a call to read the Summary, play the Recording (change the speed if you like) and read the Transcript. Tap Call back to call the customer, or Download recording.
  4. Open Messages for the calls that need an action. Each one has a "Do this" line. When it's handled, tap Mark done.
  5. Email summaries are on by default. To change it, open Settings and, under Notifications, switch Email me a summary after each call.
  6. If Juni got something wrong on a call, use Teach Juni from this call at the bottom of it.

Good to know

  • Test calls and calls from your own phone aren't emailed.
  • Text alerts and push notifications are coming soon.
  • Badges: Booked, Message, Needs you, Transferred and Spam blocked tell you the outcome at a glance.
