Questions owners ask us

Does Juni know my listings?

Juni knows what you tell it. Add each active listing's address, price and key facts in the app and Juni answers from that. JuniVoice doesn't connect to the MLS or other listing systems.

Can Juni qualify buyers?

Juni asks the questions you set, such as timeline, pre-approval and areas of interest, and puts the answers in the summary. It doesn't decide who is qualified; that stays with you.

How are showings booked?

Like any appointment: you set showing slots and lengths, Juni offers the open ones and books them into your calendar with the property address and the caller's details.

What about sellers who call?

Juni takes the property address, when they're thinking of selling and how to reach them, marks the call "Needs you" and you get the summary right away.

Can my team share one line?

Every plan includes 2 team members and extra ones are $15/month. Extra phone lines are $15/month, so each agent can have their own number answered by Juni if you want.

Does Juni text buyers the showing details?

Texting is coming soon. Today the buyer hears the confirmation on the call and you get the booking and the summary in the app and by email.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
