Questions owners ask us

Does Juni give tax advice?

No. Juni says so when asked, books appointments and answers only from the information you give it: services, starting prices, office hours, what to bring.

Can Juni handle client documents?

Juni can tell clients how to send documents (your portal, your secure email, or dropping them off) if you give it that information. It doesn't receive or store documents itself.

What about calls from existing clients?

Juni recognizes returning callers from your workspace records, greets them by name, takes their message and marks it for you. Their call history is on their record.

Can Juni book phone and video appointments?

Yes. Set up each appointment type with its length and whether it's in person or remote. Juni tells the caller what to expect and books the open slot into your calendar.

How does it handle busy season?

Juni answers every call at the same time, so nobody waits on hold or reaches voicemail in April. Plans are priced by minutes Juni talks each month, and you can change plans anytime.

Is call data private?

Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them, and used to answer your calls and show you what happened, nothing else. The privacy policy has the details.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
