Correct Juni from a call

The fastest way to improve Juni is to fix mistakes where you find them: on the call.

Where: Calls, open the call, Teach Juni from this call.

Steps

  1. Open Calls and tap the call.
  2. Below the transcript, find Teach Juni from this call.
  3. Pick what happened: Answer was wrong, Shouldn't have said that, Should have booked, Should have transferred, Wrong info, or Something else.
  4. Say what should happen next time, the way you'd tell a new hire, then tap Teach Juni.
  5. The correction goes into that line's FAQs and appears on the Teach Juni screen under Learned from calls. Juni uses it from the next call.
