Have Juni pass callers to your cell

Juni can pass a caller to you when they ask for you. Juni introduces the caller first, then connects you.

Where: Settings, Transfers to your cell.

Steps

1. Open Settings and tap Transfers to your cell.
2. Turn on Ring my cell when a caller asks for me.
3. Under Transfer hours, choose During business hours or Any time.
4. Tap Save.
5. Check that your cell number is right under Number and phone ("Transfers ring"). Then call your line and ask for yourself to try it.

Good to know

• Outside your transfer hours, Juni takes a message and you see it on Home.
• If you don't pick up, Juni goes back to the caller and takes a message.
• Do not disturb (messages only until you turn it off) is coming soon.
