Which languages does Juni speak?

19 languages: English, Spanish and Thai fully supported, plus 16 in beta, including French, German, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Russian and Arabic. The full list is on this page.

Do I need a separate number for each language?

No. One line can use up to eight languages. Callers just start talking, and Juni follows.

What language does Juni start in?

The one you choose under "Juni starts calls in" for that line. If the caller answers in another of the line's languages, Juni switches.

Can I read summaries in English if the call was in Spanish?

Yes. Choose your summary language once per line and every summary is written in it.

Does it cost more to add languages?

No. Every plan includes all languages and voices.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
