Can Juni give a price on the phone?

If you give Juni set prices (for example by bedrooms or square footage), it quotes them and says "from" where a price starts somewhere. Otherwise Juni collects the details and books a walk-through or tells the caller you'll send a quote.

Can Juni book recurring cleanings?

Juni books the first visit or walk-through into your calendar and notes the frequency the caller wants in the summary. You set up the recurring schedule in your workspace calendar.

What about commercial clients?

Juni asks the questions you set for offices (square footage, after-hours access, how often) and takes the request as a message marked "Needs you" so you can quote it.

How does Juni handle a cancellation the same day?

Juni takes the name and address, tells the caller your cancellation policy if you've given it, and marks the call "Needs you" so you can reach the crew.

Can my office manager and I both use it?

Yes. Every plan includes 2 team members, and extra ones are $15/month. Both of you see every call summary and the shared calendar.

Does Juni speak Spanish?

Yes. Juni answers in 19 languages, including Spanish, and switches when a caller does.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
