Questions owners ask us

Can Juni take reservations?

Yes. You set the reservation length and the times you accept, and Juni books open slots into your calendar with the party size and the name. Guests can also book online through JuniBook.

Can Juni take takeout orders or payments?

Not today. Juni can tell callers how to order (your website, a delivery app, or coming in) and take a message with what they'd like, but it doesn't process orders or payments.

Can Juni answer menu questions?

From what you give it: popular dishes, dietary options, prices if you want them shared. If a caller asks about something not in your info, Juni says so and takes a message.

What happens on a busy Friday night?

Juni answers every call at once, so nobody gets voicemail while your host is seating. Each call ends with a summary in the app, and reservations land on your calendar.

Can Juni handle catering and events?

Juni takes the date, headcount, type of event and contact details as a message marked "Needs you," so you can quote it. If you've given it minimums or a starting price, it can share those.

Does Juni speak other languages?

Yes. Juni answers in 19 languages and switches when a caller does. You pick the languages your line uses during setup.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 minutes of answered calls, whichever comes first. We give you a heads-up at 10 minutes and on day 6. When it ends, Juni stops answering: callers hear "Sorry, we can't take your call right now" until you choose a plan. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you pick a plan. If you decide not to continue, your number is held for 14 days and your workspace export is emailed to you.
