Choose Juni's voice and greeting

You pick Juni's voice and greeting during setup, and you can change both any time.

Where: Settings, Greeting and voice (for the main voice and style) and Settings, Lines (per line).

Steps

  1. Open Settings and tap Greeting and voice.
  2. Under Voice, tap Play to hear each voice. Voices are grouped by accent and labeled female or male. Tap the one you want.
  3. Under Greeting style, pick a style, or write your own greeting in one or two sentences. Juni says it in the voice you picked.
  4. To change the receptionist name or greeting for one line, open Settings, Lines, pick the line and edit Receptionist name and the greeting. Leave the greeting empty to use the standard one.
  5. Save. Juni uses the new voice and greeting from the next call.

Good to know

  • Juni always tells callers it is an AI assistant, whatever greeting you write.
  • Voices for other languages are set per language on each line; see "Set the languages Juni answers in".
