Set the languages Juni answers in

Each phone line has its own languages. Juni starts in one and can switch to any of the others when a caller speaks it.

Where: Settings, Lines, then pick a line.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Lines, and tap the line you want to change.
2. Under Languages Juni speaks on this line, tick the languages your callers use. Tap More languages to see beta languages. A line can have up to eight.
3. Under Juni starts calls in, pick the language Juni greets callers in.
4. Leave Answer in the caller's language on so Juni switches as soon as a caller speaks another of the line's languages.
5. Under Write call summaries for me in, pick the language you want to read summaries in.
6. Under Voice for each language, play the samples and pick a voice for every language, then tap Save line.

Good to know

• Only account owners and admins can change lines.
• Beta languages work, but we're still tuning them. English, Spanish and Thai are fully supported.
• Juni answers from your info in any language, translating it on the call. Write important details (prices, policies) clearly.
