Teach Juni about your business

Juni answers only from what you tell it. Teach Juni works like telling a new hire: say it once in plain words.

Where: Teach Juni (from Home or Settings).

Steps

1. Open Teach Juni. If you have more than one line, pick the line you're teaching.
2. Type what Juni should know, or tap the mic and say it. For example: "We close at 5 on Saturdays" or "We don't do perms."
3. Juni replies with exactly what it changed. Keep it, or tap Don't save.
4. Under What Juni knows, open Hours, Services and prices, FAQs or Transfer rules to check the details.
5. To remove something, open it and remove it. Juni forgets it from the next call.

Good to know

• Changes apply from the next call. There's nothing to retrain.
• Changing what Juni says needs a phone line on the account.
• Services, durations and prices for booking live under Booking page, Booking types; Juni quotes prices exactly as written there.
