Add team members

Every plan includes 2 users: you and one more person. Each extra user is $15 a month.

Where: Settings, Team.

Steps

1. Open Settings and tap Team. You'll see seats included with your plan, paid seats and seats in use.
2. If all seats are in use, tap Add a seat first. You'll see the exact charge before you confirm.
3. Under Invite a teammate, enter their email and, optionally, their name.
4. Pick a role: Staff (calls and messages) or Admin (also team and settings).
5. Tap Send invite. They get an email to join.

Good to know

• Users and phone lines are separate: not everyone needs their own line.
• Remove someone and their paid seat stops billing at your next renewal.
• To let customers book a team member online, add them under Booking page, Who can be booked.
