Add another phone line

Every plan includes one line. Extra lines are $15 a month each on any plan. Each line has its own number, greeting, voice, languages and what Juni knows.

Where: Settings, Lines.

Steps

1. Open Settings and tap Lines to see your lines.
2. To add a line, call us at (970) 598-2842 or email [email protected], and we set it up with you.
3. Open the new line and give it a Line name. It's shown on your calls, so you know which number they rang.
4. Set the Receptionist name, greeting, languages and voices, and fill in What Juni knows on this line: hours, services and prices, and FAQs.
5. Tap Save line. Juni uses it from the next call.

Good to know

• Lines are separate from team members; you don't need a line per person.
• Only account admins can change lines.
