About your workspace

Every JuniVoice plan includes a business workspace that is yours alone. It runs Odoo Community, and we set it up, host it and keep it up to date for you.

What runs your workspace

Odoo Community is the free, open-source edition of Odoo, a widely used suite of business apps. Your workspace is a private copy of it that only your business uses.

Odoo also comes in a paid Enterprise edition with extra apps, for example Studio, Helpdesk, Field Service, Planning and Sign. Those are not part of your workspace. You can add Sales, Invoicing, Project, To-do, Inventory, Purchase, Website, Surveys and Email Marketing at no extra charge.

JuniVoice is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Odoo S.A. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; we use the name only to say which software your workspace runs.

Steps

  1. In the JuniVoice app, tap Customers, Calendar or Workspace. Your workspace opens.
  2. Contacts, Calendar, CRM, Discuss and JuniBook are there from day one. Juni adds callers, calls and bookings as they happen.
  3. To add an app, open Add apps in the workspace and pick it.
  4. To give a teammate access, add them as a user in the JuniVoice app (see "Add team members").

Good to know

  • We set up and support the JuniVoice parts: contacts, calendar, bookings, call records and Teach Juni. Hands-on help with other apps is Workspace Care, $99 a month.
  • Connecting another system, or apps beyond the ones listed here, is custom work quoted separately.
  • Your data is yours. When you cancel, we email you an export.
