Partner Program Terms
In short. Affiliates earn 25% of a referred customer's subscription payments for 12 months. Partners earn 30%, 35% from 10 active customers and 40% from 25, for as long as the customer stays and you remain an active partner. Commissions are paid monthly to your bank (through Stripe, with Stripe's payout costs deducted) or by PayPal or Wise once you have $50 out of a 30-day hold. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back. Disclose that you earn a commission, don't refer yourself, and don't bid on our brand.
1. Joining
- Affiliates. Anyone 18 or older can join. Your account is active once you confirm your email.
- Partners. Agencies, IT providers, consultants and resellers apply. We review each application and may approve or decline at our discretion. An affiliate can ask to become a partner.
- You must give accurate details and keep your contact and payout details current. One account per person or business.
2. Commissions

- Commissionable amount: what the customer pays us for their JuniVoice subscription (plan, extra team members and extra phone lines), after discounts and credits, excluding sales tax and excluding charges for minutes beyond the plan's included minutes.
- Yearly plans earn commission on the yearly payment when it is paid, if it falls within your commission period.
- Active customer: a customer you referred whose paid subscription is in good standing. The partner rate is set by the number of your active customers at the time each payment is made; it applies to that payment and is not applied retroactively.
- If a customer downgrades and receives a credit, the commission on that credit is negative and is netted against your balance.
- No commission is earned on payments by you, your own business, your employees or anyone in your household, on our internal or test accounts, or on accounts we determine to be fraudulent.
3. Attribution
- A customer is credited to you when they create a JuniVoice account within 60 days of first visiting through your link (getjunivoice.com/?ref=YOURCODE) in the same browser. The first partner link a visitor used wins.
- Deal registration (partners). A partner may register a business it is working with. A registration lasts 90 days and takes priority over links if that business signs up with the registered email or company email domain. We may decline a registration if the business already has an account or is registered by another partner.
- Each customer account is credited to one referrer only. Our records decide attribution.
4. Hold, refunds and chargebacks
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment before it can be paid out.
- If a payment is refunded, in full or in part, the matching share of the commission is reversed. If a payment is disputed (chargeback), the commission is reversed; if we win the dispute, it is restored.
- Reversals are deducted from your balance, including from future commissions if the original commission was already paid.
5. Payouts
- On the 1st of each month we total the commissions that are out of their hold. If your balance is at least $50 and your payout details are complete, we send it to your bank through our payment processor, Stripe (you set this up once on Stripe's secure pages, which collect your identity, bank and tax details), or, where Stripe can't pay your country, by PayPal or Wise, normally within 10 business days. Smaller balances carry over. Stripe's own terms for connected accounts apply to bank payouts.
- Payout fees. For bank payouts, Stripe's payout costs are deducted from each payout and shown on your dashboard and payout email: 0.25% of the payout plus $0.25, Stripe's monthly fee for an account that receives a payout ($2, shared across that month's payouts), 0.25% for banks outside the United States, and the tax-form filing fee (about $2.99) once in a year when a 1099 is required. PayPal and Wise payouts are sent without these deductions; any fee PayPal or Wise charges the recipient is yours.
- Payouts are in US dollars (your bank may convert them). You are responsible for your own taxes. Tax details (for example W-9 or W-8BEN) are collected during bank setup, or by us for PayPal and Wise payouts, and tax forms are issued where the law requires.
- Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, active customers, pending, payable and paid amounts, and a monthly statement is emailed to you.
6. How you may promote JuniVoice
- Disclosure. Clearly tell people that you may earn a commission, close to your recommendation (for example "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link"), as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and similar laws.
- No self-referral. Do not use your own link or registrations for yourself, your business or people in your household.
- Brand. Do not bid on "JuniVoice", "Juni Voice", "getjunivoice" or similar terms or misspellings in paid search or social ads, do not use them in ad display URLs, and do not register domains, handles or apps that contain them. Do not present yourself as JuniVoice or Junious Digital Labs.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited email, texts or automated calls, and follow anti-spam and telemarketing laws (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
- Honest claims. Use our published prices and features. Do not promise results, discounts or features we do not offer, and do not post fake reviews.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, or paying people to sign up, unless we agree in writing.
7. Partners who set up customers
- You may invite businesses and help them set up JuniVoice. The customer creates and owns their account, phone number, data and billing relationship with us and agrees to our customer terms. Only act for a customer with their permission.
- You may charge customers separately for your own services. Do not charge for JuniVoice itself or change its price unless we agree in writing.
- Commissions are a matter between you and us; we do not show them to customers.
- White-label versions of JuniVoice may be offered to established partners under a separate agreement.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
- We may change these terms or the rates with 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply to payments made after they take effect.
- Either side can end participation at any time. Commissions earned before termination remain payable under these terms, except as stated below.
- If you break these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or reverse commissions connected to the breach, and remove attribution.
- A partner that has had no active customers for 12 months may be moved to the affiliate tier.
9. Other
- You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or joint venturer, and cannot make commitments on our behalf.
- We may use your business name to list you as a partner unless you ask us not to. You may use the JuniVoice name and logo only to promote JuniVoice under these terms.
- Our liability under this program is limited to the commissions owed to you. The limitation of liability, dispute and governing-law sections of the Junious Digital Labs Terms of Service apply.
